Plastic Injection Molding in Vineland, NJ
LayerFlex molds plastic parts on five presses from 30 to 190 tons, with shot sizes from 2.3 oz to 19 oz. We run short runs and high-volume production, including insert molding, and we build and maintain the molds in-house.
Cleanroom Molding
• 12' x 14' Class 1,000 stationary cleanroom
• 8' x 10' Class 10,000 portable cleanroom that fits over our 100 and 190 ton presses
• Automatic bagging in the cleanroom (DAK and Advanced Poly-Packing baggers, with conveyor and sprue picker)

Support equipment includes resin dryers, hopper autoloaders, temperature controllers, a chiller and cooling tower, and granulators for regrind.
Mold Building
We can help design, build and refurbish standard, cam-action and unscrewing molds in our own tool room, with CNC machining, EDM and precision grinding on site.
